Fried Sausage Vegetable Crackers





Ingredients:


16 pieces of salted crackers box
2 eggs, egg white, beaten off
oil for frying


Ingredients content:


1 tablespoon margarine
2 cloves garlic
1 / 4 onion
100 gr minced chicken
1 carrot
50 g peas
3 pieces of chicken sausage, cut into small dice
3 tablespoons flour
100 ml of liquid milk
pepper, salt, and sugar to taste


Directions:


Heat margarine, saute onion and garlic until fragrant, put minced chicken, carrots, peas, and sausage. Cook until it changes color.
Add flour, milk, salt, sugar and pepper, stirring until cooked and thickened.
Take one cracker, fill with stuffing material, close to one another cracker, trim, do the same until consumables.
Heat oil and dip the cracker into the egg white, fried until cooked and browned, remove, and drain.
