Milk Pudding Strawberry Sauce Healthy Snacks For Kids





Children are creatures that seemed never know fatigue. They continue to move swiftly throughout the day. Nutritional guidelines mention the children need adequate intake of calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamin E, and fiber. Minerals such as zinc and iron are also required to sustain their growth process. To support the activities and their energy to stay awake, you'll want to tuck a healthy snack in between main meals. 


Calcium-rich milk, the nuts who donated vitamin E and protein, and fruits are abundant vitamins and minerals are the raw material that is ideal snack. Presenting with additional almond milk pudding served with strawberry sauce sauce can be a healthy snack choices. 
  


Milk pudding sauce STROBERI 


Serves 6 
Material: 
(Preparation time: 10 minutes) 
Milk pudding: 
500 ml milk 
1 packet gelatin powder 
100 g granulated sugar 
2 tbsp ground almonds 


Strawberry Sauce: 
150 g strawberries, roughly chopped 
50 g sugar 
100 ml water 




Method: 
(Cooking time: 15 minutes) 


Milk pudding: Mix milk, agar-agar powder, and sugar in a saucepan. Mix well. Jerang on the fire until boiling. Lift. Enter the almond powder while stirring. 
Pour batter into pudding mold according to taste. Let stand until hardened pudding. 
Strawberry sauce: chopped ripe strawberries, sugar, and water until the sauce thickens. Remove and let cool. 
Serve milk pudding with strawberry sauce. 
  


KITCHEN TIPS 


Strawberry sauce can be replaced with other fruit sauce. For example, mangoes, grapes, peaches, or apples. Use the same amount in the recipe. 


Fruit jam is also suitable for use as a spread on toast for breakfast.
